Contract Terms

Indemnification

Exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Society of Gynecologic Nurse Oncologists and the exhibit venue, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions. Losses, cost damages, claims and expenses including attorney’s fees, arising from and damage to property or bodily injury to exhibits, agents, representatives, employees by reason to the exhibitor’s occupancy to use of the exhibition facilities.

Cancellation

If the assigned space is canceled by the exhibitor after February 15, all monies will be retained by SGNO.
