Appreciation

Exhibitors and company representatives are present to answer questions during breaks and at various times throughout the meeting.

Contract Terms

Indemnification

Exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Society of Gynecologic Nurse Oncologists and the exhibit venue, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions including losses, cost damages, claims and expenses including attorney’s fees, arising from and damage to property or bodily injury to exhibits, agents, representatives, or employees by reason of the exhibitor’s occupancy in use of the exhibition facilities.

Cancellation

No booth space will be assigned without payment in full. If the assigned space is canceled by the exhibitor after March 4, all monies will be retained by SGNO.
